You are able to take direction and work independently.You will start working on improving the style and new ideas for promotional graphics. 90 days: You will be managing your own time and taking requests from the Live Ops team without an assistant. 60 days: You will become familiar with the events calendar and the different promotions and events within the HR community, allowing you to fully understand the setup.30 days: You will learn the process of graphics and be able to prepare the first statics.You will work closely with the art and live operations teams.You will take full ownership and responsibility for hitting deadlines for graphic design productions.You will create graphics for product promotion, in-app releases, in-app posts, websites, social media outlets, in-app branding, print, and internal projects.You will create compelling visuals by styling and posing in-game assets.You will manage time efficiently to make sure deadlines are met in this fast-paced environment.You will come up with and execute new ways to present the promotion or sales.You will create a variety of different templates that can be used for in-app promotions or mailing campaigns.You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a high standard for any statics, and graphic designs.The impact of this role is to visualize ideas, information, in-app promotional material, and social media content by utilizing both creative talent and technical skills.
